This policy explains how Wanderbase handles information submitted through the public website and waitlist.

Information We Collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, language, consent record, referral or campaign parameters, and limited technical data used to prevent abuse. Network identifiers used for rate limiting are stored only as one-way hashes.
How We Use It
We use this information to manage the waitlist, send launch and occasional product or travel updates, understand which campaigns help people find Wanderbase, and protect the form from spam.
Storage & Processors
Waitlist data is stored in Wanderbase’s self-hosted Supabase infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Infrastructure and anti-abuse providers may process limited technical information only to deliver and secure the service.
Retention & Your Choices
We keep your waitlist record until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe option. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time.
